1. General Requirement

You must use PluraSpace lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not compromise the security, availability, integrity, or rights of Pluragon, other customers, users, Microsoft 365 environments, or third parties.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Using PluraSpace for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

• Impersonating another person or organization or misrepresenting your authority to manage a Microsoft 365 tenant, space, resource, or user.

• Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

• Introducing malware, ransomware, malicious code, destructive content, or harmful payloads.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, Microsoft 365 resources, credentials, systems, networks, data, or security controls.

• Conducting vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or other security testing of PluraSpace without Pluragon's prior written authorization.

• Circumventing authentication, authorization, rate limits, billing controls, technical limits, or other safeguards.

• Interfering with service operation through denial-of-service activity, abusive automation, excessive requests, or unreasonable resource consumption.

• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting information through unauthorized automated means.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive PluraSpace source code except where applicable law does not permit the restriction.

• Using PluraSpace, its outputs, interfaces, or non-public information to build, benchmark, or improve a competing product without Pluragon's prior written permission.

• Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or making PluraSpace available to third parties as your own service without Pluragon's prior written permission.

• Sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable law.

• Using the service in a way that could reasonably damage Pluragon's infrastructure, reputation, customers, or service providers.

3. Restricted Sensitive Data

Unless Pluragon expressly agrees in writing, you must not use PluraSpace to upload, store, or process highly sensitive regulated information that requires specialized controls Pluragon has not agreed to provide, including health records, complete payment-card data, government identification documents, authentication secrets, or similarly regulated data.

4. Account and Tenant Responsibilities

• Use only Microsoft 365 tenants, rooms, resources, and data that you are authorized to connect to PluraSpace.

• Maintain appropriate Microsoft 365 permissions and promptly remove access for users who are no longer authorized.

• Ensure administrator privileges are assigned only to appropriate individuals.

• Do not use another customer's space or attempt to access another customer's data.

5. Enforcement

Pluragon may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, users, third parties, or legal interests. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. Where reasonably practical, Pluragon will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

6. Reporting Concerns

Potential misuse, security concerns, or suspected violations may be reported to info@pluragon.com.

7. Changes

Pluragon may update this AUP as the service, threat environment, or applicable requirements change. The current version will show its effective date.
